France was trying to crack down on piracy and this group argues like not only are you spying on everyone, even people who haven't done anything wrong. One of the implementing decrees authorizes the creation of files containing internet users' IP addresses, plus personal identification data obtained from their internet service providers. It's just kind of the issue we have with master valence in general. You are treating everyone like a criminal. And that's really not cool.
