When you were doing those 4 times 8, I think you said that's around 90%. What would the RPE or the rating of perceived exertion be associated with it? Yeah, it'll start at 14-15 after the first one and it'll be 17-18 at the end. So most, you know, when you talk with the endurance athletes, they don't go there very often. They don't go all the way to 10, except on race day. And also we're trying to build biological durability, but then keep the psychology sustainable.
