The Role of VL in Tracheal Tube Deployment
The tri-pulse plan in this study did not determine the brand of VL or the blade shape which is selected by the operation. And we must remember that the VLs are catchphrase from many devices, techniques and they all have different limitations. Now how difficult were the intubations? We know the intensive care, ED intubations tend to be much more high risk for all physiological reasons and other reasons. But the operator here performed subjective global assessment of the anticipated difficulty of tracheal intubation was an easy, moderately difficult or very difficult prior to randomization. This is kind of a standout finding I think in this study.
