The Importance of Listening to Your Customers
United Airlines CEO: "I think in a better customer experience, while maintaining the cost discipline required for profitability" I call that debate NPS, you know, an net promoter versus EPS. And more importantly for us at United, what we're doing is we're listening to you, our customers,. Does this matter to you? Does it really do? How do we do this? We just introduce something called better boarding. It's one of the highest stress points. The first sign of the plan first falls apart at the sign of the enemy and for us are our own people.
