You Don't Need Permission to Work This Way
I feel like it's fundamentally about accepting that there's inevitable uncertainty about the problem and the solution. And so therefore we have to allow time for research and learning and exploring and trying different things. I really want to encourage people to stop waiting. First of all, you don't need permission. In fact, I think Steve Blank wrote a great blog post of that same exact title. You don't needs permission. And I think if we don't start working this way, we're going to keep building the wrong stuff. It's just a shame that so many people hours are being wasted on the wrong stuff."
