Today is April 18th. Southwest Airlines had to tell the FAA to ground its own planes because their routing system was done through a call center. This seems unfathomable today in 2023 that you would not have a CIO, not has a CTO, not be investing in technology. It's really embarrassing for a company of its size to have this type of technological failure twice in a span of four months.
