The Law on Returns and Cancellations

You cannot automatically add anything to a shopping cart that would cause more money to be exchanged. If it's something like signing up somebody for an e-newsletter, that's fine because that doesn't involve money. But any sort of pre-ticked item going into the cart has to come out. The rest of the law is really about the specific language required for returns and cancellations.
