CNN's John Sutter says there are two energy debates: nuclear and fossil fuel. Nuclear, he says, is too late to save the power plant that he used to live 10 miles from. Fossil fuels should be kept in West because they're more heavy regulated than outsourcing them elsewhere, he says. But new plants coming through design phase will bring a new nuclear era, but it won't be a renaissance due to regulatory process or cost.
