Norm Ornstein: What we're seeing is this playbook tactic. Say something that seems somewhat reasonable and then tap into a very vulnerable, raw, exposed nerve of the American populace. He says conservatives are literally trying to like, you know, stoke fear into the hearts of Americans with misinformation. Ornstein: I haven't seen other than putting up maps of the country's heat index or talking about what's unfolding at the border.
