Anthony Burns Fails the Test

Tanner Dryden and his partner approached Anthony Burns' workplace with their guns drawn. The detective believed he had the right man, but the evidence was circumstantial. It took the prosecutor another year to put together a case and presented to the grand jury. Their decision was unanimous to indict him for the murder of Courtney Koko.
