The Bear Market in Tech

Some of my favorite people who are on the job market right now that I talk to that I would call like, you know, a little bit outspoken, weird iconoclasts. And from hearing their stories about interviews with HR that they're just like going to have to start their own thing at this point. But I think that's kind of sad because it didn't always used to be that way in tech. People is now run by people not who found companies, but by people who look for mature successful companies to work at. That's just a different profile of person.
