How to Develop an Alien Vocal Tract or Vocal System

If you are developing entirely alien vocal tract or vocal system, well then good luck. They're kind of probably going to gravitate towards the same articulations. Walz is really a good place to check out for some of those things. But the language has to be learnable by humans. Right. So, why don't we go ahead and move on? Do we have it really anything else to say? Well, I was thinking it might be entertaining, just to mention how they would go about designing their sound system.
