What Is a Genecide?

Around 20 countries have officially signed on to say that what occurred was the genicide o the many major world powers. Turkey, however, does not describe this as a genicide, and to look at why. Neither side denies that hundreds of thousands of people died. It's more a conversation about whether this was what could be described as a genecide.
