The Psychology of Recovering From Training

Athletes may have this belief in their head that because they're older they may not recover as quickly. I used to believe giving me a bit of an edge over my competitors but I when I started feeling tired physiologically I came good so my perception going in was that I couldn't do this session and then I could manage it. It's certainly there in terms of the research. gosh there is so much there so so both of those studies show that physiologically physiologically there wasn't that much different between the young versus the mastersbut the perception was that there were you know that they felt sore and that they didn't recover as well.
