There's a raft of middle eastern and affrican countries relying overwhelmingly on russia and ukraine for various grain exports to sustain their populations. And there is, of course, this incredibly painful energy crisis that is gripping europe, and that's likely to get worse as the block tries to find a way to further sanction russia at the expense of secure energy supplies.
