How to Hire a Good Cleaner
You will not have any chance of being successful without a good cleaner. If you hire a big brand name cleaning company that has 50 cleaners on its payroll, you're very likely to end up getting a brand new cleaner shuffled through your place after every single cleaning. You need somebody who can really, really get familiar with the property and build a relationship with you. The best number is like one key person with three or four people under them. It's a small enough group that really becomes familiar with your place.
