Building a Product Marketing Team

The role of product marketing is really to help the business meet its p i usually start there when i'm thinking about building a team. So we work in, oh, i'll call them squads, where we have product managers and business owners that own the squad. And so it's really this corps, across functional team that is meant to realize a particular objective.
