Is China Thinking of Invading Taiwan?

I didn't think that an invasion of Taiwan was imminent anyway, but it sure feels to me that this will cause them to realize they need more time. Part of it is Putin got screwed because he was trying to be buddy buddies with China. And Ukraine had enough time, it seems like, to set themselves up plus it turns out Russia is not nearly as militarily competent as everybody presumed or feared. That's not a formula for a crackerjack military fighting force.
