How to Have an Internal Locus of Control

Rumi says whoever acts with respect will get respect. Good women are drawn to be with good men. A lot of dudes complain and they'll go, well I'm a good man. The only reason you don't act with more authority is because you can't. This is what Nietzsche said. He hated on virtue. Not actual virtue but people who preach it when they're too weak to actually get away with vice. What do you think? Anyway, more, more Rumi please.
