A lawsuit was brought in 2012 by a woman in Boston, Valerie, Valerie Bezdek. Vibram gets fined four million effectively for false advertising. Two thirds of runners don't make the initial adjustment to barefoot. They're blocked from doing it. It's a skill they've lost the ability to do. I would argue that if you're selling this as a solution to a person's injury problems, you've at least got a responsibility to sell it with some instructions.
