The Quake Book - Give and Take
In the world of quarter backing, it's a zero sum game. One guy wins and one guy loses. Only one guy plays at a time. To me, a early in my career, i read a book called give and take,. And what give and take, the science behind that, is that givers a can win - we both can do it by trying to help one another. It was a mind set shift for me because i had just come from a world where i had to beat out other people in order to play, or they beat me out. That's not how it works.
