I would argue actually that in marriages or unions that have those traditional roles that seem more established, there's less expectation of fairness, justice, equality. It's not that the woman is okay with the arrangement. It's more a sense of resignation or even kind of learned helplessness like we heard in Lost in Domiticity. And it's hard to undo all of that when you think you've been on this very equal path all along and you're realizing that that's not really true. So here's our next t-shirt. I don't want everything.
