How to Measure Your Heart Rate Variability

The only thing we sort of really know that alters profoundly our vagal function is exercise. Athletes have very low heart rates than a lot of vagal tone to the heart in big fluctuations and we see that in sedentary conditions vagal tone starts to go down. Lucy talks me through a DIY way to measure my heart rate variability and therefore how toned my vagus nerve is using an app on my smartphone.
