I'm actually a lot more optimistic with climate change because solar power has become exponentially cheaper. There's a Moore's law of solar happening right now. And exponentials are magic. So I'm actually pretty optimistic about climate change personally. It's going to be a massive shit show, but not not the world should show. Some people say like for some people argue we shouldn't work on alignment because we don't know what an AGI will look like. But it probably is true for all things that we do today. Like you just have to kind of like shut up and multiply.
