Is There a Cheesemaker's Cheese?
Nathan, a cheesemaker from the richmond district says he loves all oour cheeses. But sometimes it's nice not to have been right up on it all the way alongaa,. little distance is nice, and it's something you don't expect. Marifa: I think cheese makers know how hard it is to start creamery so when they see somebody else with the guts to try and go for it, they sort of gather around and say, you can do it. We need more people out here doing this.
