The first challenge that I faced was really with the empowerment, right? Because especially where I started, right, leading crews and infrastructure. And they knew how to do it. So balance, authority and empowerment is a big one for me. It's difficult sometimes to have to go and have those conversations but you have to make sure you're getting feedback from the right people.
