The Importance of Diversity in Feminism

I think women wanted to escape that and so work has been glamourised. But the reality is you can't wind up with the worst of both worlds. Women are left in this situation where they feel like they don't know what to do. I really wish we could move away from this simplistic attitude that everything has to be 50-50. There's so many roles that women prefer doing more than men do. If we made it 50-50 then we would be discriminating against women. We want people to have the freedom to either have kids if they want or not have kids.
