Is There a Lot of Leverage in the Bond Market?
There's a lot of leverage in our bond market as well that can cascade into some issue for pensions. What you worry about is as the Fed continues to raise short-term rates, is they're never happy until something breaks. Real estate is probably the biggest candidate in it. But there's probably certain private equity investments that would fall into that just because of the degree of leverage.
