The One Thing That Really Bugs Me Is Stack Overflow

I think the one thing that really bugs me is like when I'm working with some developers, usually it's newer ones and it makes sense because they're still new. When I worked at Volvo, we worked on a lot of piece of code or functionality that nobody has ever written like questions for. There's not a lot of times where you have a piece of code that you can use copy and paste and it works. So what I heavily did was using a lot of different references kind of coming up with my own solution and then implementing that.
