S Seven 22 - What's the Outer Solution?
In ac seven 16, we did not have enough time to fully define the correct spectrum that captures these required modifications. The inner solution was, we will require a geotechnical engineer to provide that spectrum for certain sites. When you get to seven 22, we will be back to what is considered normal. So long winded way of saying, there are some exceptions. It's all a seismic design category d and above problem.
