Rob and I Are Both Buying in Derby, Derbyshire
We have both just made our first investment of 2023. We're buying on the same development, which is only the second time this has ever happened. These apartments are currently being sold for £200,000 but we've been able to get it for £183,000. Today's rents are roughly around £10,50 and with a discount like that, it's easy to see why we've invested. But we could have invested anywhere in Derby.
