How to Deal With Uncertainty

I bring a diverse set of perspectives and experiences that I think will really be an asset to this team. And I would love to learn more about what you do so that I can figure out how to best help you do your job. What we basically walk through is worst case scenario, best case scenario. No matter what happens, you'll be able to deal with it. So the concern shouldn't be around your inability to deal with what happens. What's really getting at you is the uncertainty about what's going to happen.
