Code Reviews - Isn't It a Variation of Bike Shedding?
I like the word nitpicks. Some people react very negatively to it. Like nitpicks technically mean something that's inconsequential and by nature therefore not important. It's probably a variant of bike shedding which is definitely negative. Just because you're capable of building a bike shed doesn't mean that you should stop others from building one just because you do not like the color that they plan to paint it. I love that you call them nitpicks and not code reviews. For some reason it makes it more human and relatable. And I feel like that might also eliminate any biases you might have right?
