The intent is for people who are either starting management or have begun a management journey within the last three or four years. There's particularly pieces in there that i'm still working on and learning. So imim trying to capture things that' i'm iterating on as well. The first section of the book is you team. The second is about collaboration with other teams and other stakeholders, and the third is itis about you.
