Anthropologists took the theory about ancient Greek colorblindness and posted that modern Europeans had evolved past the ancient Greeks and could now see blue while non European races were biologically delayed. This theory gained even more popularity after anthropologists discovered that aboriginals living on Murray Island considered the sky to be black rather than blue.
