There's various different types of newros bunce, and the one that is particularly interesting in this case is the development of what's called neutralizing antibodies. The fact that it was so much lower than what others had previously reported with the other m r a vacines as a major red flag. But when they looked at how many of these neutralizing antibodies, the antibodies that would actually block the virus from infecting your cell, looking at the curvac data, they were getting levels about the same as what people who had natural infections had - protection.
