Are You Focused on the Skills Gap?

The skills gap or the interest gap rather, right, in the younger generation and trying to attract people into the mining space. Is that something that you all are seeing at Walbridge or do you have a, is that something you're focused on? Well, it's a dilemma that we're all facing with a new generation. Obviously, there's certain expectations from the employer, if you may, for the new generation of mine workers. But as long as the basic needs are met, and that's being competitive in the industry, that's being the main focus.
