Foundry has a similar hiring practice at Foundry where, you know, one of our values is sort of strong opinions, weakly held. I also want you to be able to take in different types of data and interpret it without bias as much as possible. Over the years working in different organizations, I've seen how people can lie with facts and statistics very quickly. But again, if I tweak this data and presented in a certain way, I can show you that it's not my team. That's the problem. And here's why, right?
