Investing as a Team

When I think about investing, I actually don't particularly like the business of investing as a team. And you're not a very productive person in a working context. Where I'm much better as a team is when I'm enabling really talented technical people and partnering with them to tackle problems. But team building around companies and ideas, that's fabulous.
