How to Recession Proof Your Company
The way i would go about recession proofing the way we do it. It's everything we do as in a business involves strategic thinking whether it's the CEO just thinking about himself or whether it's a plan process of a whole group. We put in triggers so at each level that it sales go down or profitability goes down we institute a certain action and someone is responsible for doing that. There could be some real opportunities you might be able to pick up a competitor you might also have an opportunity to expand your product line. So process and planning is like a strategic planning process with kpi's.
