How Much Energy Do You Need for Weight Loss?

People who can eat weigh more than average and still lose weight get disproportionately more air time. People who have to eat a normal amount to lose weight or less than average to lose weight, generally, if they talk about it, will get less attention. And so i think all those things together lead people to have an unrepresentative idea of what normal energy needs are for weight loss. Like don't i'm still somewhere in the neighborhood of two forty. I'm cutting on, cutting, pretty slow, on a little under 22 hundred calories per day.
