Barbara Walters: I found some of the things about Tech Shearer's background appalling for someone who had a top secret security clearance. It really makes me wonder, are they really being as rigorous as they should be to give out these top secret clearances? He's 21 years old. So it hasn't been that long since he was in high school and these things have happened. But nonetheless, this is a guy who should have never been in the United States military based on what we're learning. Yeah.
