The Importance of Pre-Activation Warm Ups
The weekend warrior is a section of the warm up that I'm fascinated by for a number of different reasons. Is this term activation or preactivation is the seems to be the term that is used in a professional football training session. What fascinates me is that it's made its way into fitness magazines and before they do a squat session they'll see in random as doing glue band work.
