There's such a big gap between the technologies that achieve what we want to o achieve the house and what we do. A lot of folks work from in architecture perspective, which is why both data engineering and even data impertreture tend to really be waterfall style development cycles. The definition of great code isn't its performance or its readability, but its ability to adapt to change. And so i think this is where we're starting to see more and more teams really patise the speed of change as the measure for what a great system can do.

- One of the perennial challenges of automation is that there are always steps that are resistant to being performed without human involvement. What are some of the tasks that you have found to be common problems in that sense?
