Internal auditors can be facilitators of change when somebody says I hate doing this thing or this thing takes forever and maybe management's not listening to them for whatever reason then if it makes sense we put that as a finding and go. Then they come back to us and go you know what you guys aren't that bad I like that you do thanks for all the help We're problem solvers yeah.
