Do You Want Women to Get Full Consideration in Hiring?

There are always, there are always costs of institutional change. There are always secondary effects associated with top down policy. So i want women to get full consideration in hiring. But then that now means that your already more limited supply of women in these industries are being asked to put all their effort towards hiring.
