How to Be a Better Pastor

The early books of Pragglers, Shepherd and Jim were written for my interns. The guys who are writing really the most helpful cutting edge things about church revitalization aren't guys with PhDs in church revitalization. It's the guys who have the scars from it. So if you're a pastor and you're writing, there's tons of ways to benefit others based on that. But I agree with you, you need to be mindful how much you're doing it.
