The New Bill of Rights

I think there is room for improvement in high human rights operate in this country, and i think the bill is a laudable attempt to achieve that. It has been proposed as a tirely new act, repealing the human rights act. But do you think there would be merits in simply amending the human rightsAct instead? Well, in a sense, i think the new bill does take what was in the rights act and build upon it and amends it.
