I dropped out after I got my bachelor's degree. I could not stand college enough to proceed with a master's. After his time in the transportation cabinet, we started to have a young family and my wife was insistent upon scaling down the area I was responsible for. So we went from the entire state of Kentucky to the city of Louisville - which is my hometown. And then after a few years there, I moved up to what was basically the city traffic engineer for the city of Lexington. They called it the Signal Systems Manager positionthere.
