White flight was when white people left the inner cities, and now they're coming back. In 19 34, a government agency dispatched out to the suburbs to see what kind of neighbourhoods were most racially inharmonious. The race was like the number one indicator - you can see it on maps from that time. Now there are geographies that are experiencing rapid decline in black and brown communities. So even if you can purchase a home in a community that's experiencing white flight, youre going to make less money again.
